Last Minute Halloween Ideas

So, Halloween is TOMORROW!!! Are you going to dress up?  Lately, I'm a been HUGE procrastinator. While cleaning out my closet, I thought what can I dress up as if I don't want to spend any money on a costume, especially Halloween is TOMORROW. I came up with three looks.

Who said you can't be Mrs.Claus for Halloween? It's super easy. All you need is the Santa Claus hat, a red dress, and a red lipstick or lip gloss to make it super festive. It's totally optional if you want put makeup on. Do I look festive?

On my eyelids, I have Brazilian Bronze from Smashbox. For the crease, I lightly blended it out with Buck from Urban Decay. I used Virgin from Urban Decay's Nake Palette to highlight my inner tear ducts. For the lips, I used two product to make it super opaque red. First I applied 240 Striking Spectaculaire from Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm for a base then I applied Sunrise from NYX Mega Shine Lip Gloss from a glossy look. On my cheeks, I used Physician's Formula's Happy Booster Blush (don't have the color name).

Look #2. You can easily be a school girl for Halloween. I typically don't go for scary looks because I'm not into the scary things. You can be ANYTHING for Halloween. Be creative. Utilize everything that you have.

I used the same makeup look from Mrs. Claus' look, but I wiped off the red lips and put Kiko's lipstick (Color 803). It is a very steer pink, which makes me look very innocent. It's just so amazing how you can change a look so easily by just changing the color of your lips.

Here is the complete outfit for the school girl look. High socks, a long skirt, a collar shirt, and a tie. I found these items from my closet and I borrowed my brother's tie.

And if you want to be a nerd for Halloween, just add on a pair of glasses onto the school girl look. I got these glasses from a 3D movie.

Well, these are the Halloween looks that I came up with. Seriously, you don't have to go out and spend lots of money on a costume, unless you really want to. Just be creative!

Have a safe and Happy Halloween everyone!

Halloween Look #1

Halloween is around the corner. For those of you who don't want to spend any money on a costume, you can try to recreate this look using the makeup that you already have. That is definitely what I did.

Simply, you can use any eye shadow for your eyes. But of course, use a black eye liner for the whiskers, the nose, and the upper lips for a precise application.

On my eyes, I cut the crease to give it some depth. The shadows I used are from my Nake Palette from Urban Decay.

For my lips, I used a vampy colors from Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil called Toundra.

On my face, I used Inglot's Foundation in the color MW 102. I contoured my cheek bones with Nars' Laguna.

For the brows, I used Wet N Wild's eyebrow pencil (Dark Brown) to frame my face.

All the products that I used, you don't have to use the same ones. Used anything that you have at home to recreate it.

Let me know how it goes. I'll create some more later. It's getting late. Time to ZzzzZZzz for me. Night night.

Remember, always be you.

Europe Trip Pictures Part 2

OMG! It's one of those Mondays where you wake up and feel ew. Today isn't the best day for me because I don't feel physically the best. My 6-day-post-wisdom-teeth-removal-surgery still makes my jaw hurt. I'm able to talk but I've developed a lisp. It's a bit strange but let's see I do in a feel days. My healing process is slow, but progress is improving.

And let's talk about the weather in NorCal. I am a type of gal who LOVES the sun because of all the beautiful colors that reflex from the nature. But today, the weather was so gloomy and dark. Sigh..

Enough complaining and onto the pictures that I've promised. Sadly, this will be the last entry about my Europe Trip pictures. I know! So sad. But I will continue to post other things.

Well here you go

There was at Park Guell in Barcelona. Like my attempt in modeling. Disclaimer: I'm just a normal girl

I'm trying to be dramatic. Another Picture from Barcelona.

Pastries from France. SERIOUSLY!!! TRY THEM ALL IF THEY ARE FANCY LOOKING.

The inside of St Peter's Basilica in Rome, Italy. This is one of the places that you should go before you die. Seriously, it's so beautiful inside.

Can you tell this is chocolate? It looks so real. This chocolate store is from Venice, Italy.

Of course, the view of Arc De Triomphe. Paris, France.

Okay, loves. That's all for today.

Remember, always be yourself.

What's on my nails #1

Hi Loves!!!

TGIF! I hope everyone has some exciting plans planned for the weekend. I'll be home studying for my GRE, boring as it sounds. I'm still in a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth surgery but the healing progress is going well. Did I mention that I got 3 pulled and one crushed? Oh my goodness, just thinking about makes me re-live the moment when I first got them pulled out. For the last three days, I've been so drugged up from my medication. At the moment, I refuse to take my drugs unless I am about go to sleep. It sounds so wrong, but that's the only way I can sleep peacefully.

Anyways, what is on my nails? I'm currently wearing Kiko's Quick Dry. The color is not listed on the nail polish. Or maybe is the color 23? Not sure. Doesn't help much but it is a beautiful color for all year long. It's a metallic rose with a hint of gold specs. BEAUTIFUL! Surprisingly, this color was chosen by my boyfriend. Good taste honey :)

A lot of the times, I get SUPER lazy doing my nails because I get super impatient waiting for my nails to dry. I know we all have the problem. I'm with you, girlfriend.

This is my first trying a quick dry and I think from now on, I'll get quick dry. Makes my life much easier. Waited for 60 seconds and my nailed were finally dry. It's not the most opaque polish out there but with 3 coats, I am good to go. 5 minute mani!!

By the way, I got this nail polish from Italy when I was on vacay. Kiko cosmetics is sold in the United States but I believe only in New York and Florida. I recommend trying some of their products when you are in Europe. VERY inexpensive. I got this nail polish for 2.90 Euros. It's about $4. Not too shabby.

Well, enjoy your weekend!

Remember, always be yourself.

Europe Trip Pictures Continues: Paris and more

Hey loves!

What's up? How is your Monday so far? I'm stuck at home at the moment. Currently, I don't have a job since the summer has ended. And if I did have a full time job, I would not have gotten the chance to travel for 4.5 weeks.

I'm also getting all my wisdom teeth pull tomorrow. With all these emotions in me, I'm really scared and petrified with the outcome. Wish me luck.

As I have promised, I have more pictures for you loves. Actually, 800 something pictures, but I'm sure that you'll get tired of them. You'll scroll all the way down and be like "cool, whatever" haha. That's why I'm posting some at a time. Hehe

Ready for them?

Of course. Self explanatory. The Eiffel Tower. I was trying to be artsy with this picture. Like it?
Going to the top of the tower was a scary experience for me.
Heights are not my thingy thing. I felt the tower was moving back and forth. But I must say
it was a breath taking view up there. AMAZING!

Can you guess where? This is much harder. Of course, Barcelona, Spain. You got it.
The view was so beautiful. I literally did not want to leave this spot.
My friends and I walked to the top of the hill. And luckily, it was not raining that day.
Two days later, it was POURING cats and dogs. I was soaked.

Churros are known in Spain. Instead of a sugar coating, they use hot chocolate.
Tastes great.

Pastries!!! I came across a cute little pastry shop in Paris. I only got macaroons. So delicious.
Why don't we have pastries this colorful? Makes me want to nom nom nom!!

I don't know what I was doing but I almost nailed it? eh.

You might wonder what I have a bridge. I just found it so beautiful to look at .
Yes, I am weird. This is in Porto, Portugal. Cars don't travel on the top of the bridge but they do on the down.
People walk on the top and public transportation is being used.

Another master piece from the architect Gaudi. If you look closely,
his designs are very unique and beautiful in every way.

That's all for today. I will promise to post more later again. Like I said, I do have 800 something
pictures on my computer. Enjoy.

Europe Trip Completed

Hi everyone,

How's everyone's weekend so far?

I just got back yesterday night. It's feels great to be back home and eat all the amazing home cooked meals from my mom. After being gone from the country for 28 days, I went to 2 continents , 6 countries, and 10 major cities. It sounds crazy but I did it with 3 others.

I'm also sorry with the lack of blogs. I did try to post as much as I could but the internet connection abroad isn't always the best. I might have been a little lazy but I like to blame the wireless internet. hehe. Don't judge :) <3.

Enough typing and there are some pictures from my trip. I'll upload more later this week. I promise :)

This Egg Tarts are from Lisbon, Portugal. Pasteis de Belem is the name of the bakery.
I know this is easy to say but it is the BEST egg tart I have in my life.
It sounds weird but it's so true. The line was really long but it's worth it.

Rome, Italy. This is the Colosseum. I was able to get in for free. (Note for anyone going to Rome: the first Sunday of every month, you get free entry into the Colosseum and the Palatine). This place is one the places that one should visit. Interesting fact, did you know that gladiators were prisoners?

Venice, Italy. Beautiful place, I must say so. Locals mainly travel on foot and on boats.

A kissing picture with my boo boo at the Louvre in Paris, France. One of my favorite cities that I visited. If I could, I would live here.

Barcelona, Spain. This is the Sagrada Familia.  My favorite chapel out of all that I visited in Europe. The architecture was incredible and amazing. It makes you wonder how did Gaudicome up with this structure. It's so beautiful inside and outside. I recommend ordering tickets in advance online because the line to purchase there is super long and you have to wait two hours to get in.

In Paris, McDonalds' has a McCafe. They sell pastries and macaroons. So Cute. But I'm not sure if it tastes good.

Canals of Amsterdam, Netherlands. It more beautiful at night with all the nights lit up.
Interesting fact: people live in boat houses. Yes, houses! They're so super nice. Too bad I didn't get a picture of one.

That's all I am posting for now. I promise, again, to post more during the week.

Remember always be yourself
