February Favorites 2015 plus sales :)

Hello my loves! How's your week going for you?

Here is a little update about my life: I'm still teaching tennis and searching for a full time job. Someone said, "Haven't you been looking for a job for a while now?" Well, yes. I can easily get a job a Trader Joes or McDonalds but I am not going to make a career out of it. I like something where I can grow and love to do. In fact, teaching tennis is what I am really passionate about.

However, let's discuss my February Favorites.

I finally got the chance to up load another youtube video on my shesayswhoosh channel.

Things mentioned in my February Favorites:

Brita Bottle: This is DEFINITELY my favorite water bottle. It has a built in filter. How cool is that. Personally, I have a very sensitive stomach. Therefore, the fact that I know my water is clean, I will be able to drink water from anywhere with peace. At home, my closes sink is the bathroom. I just go into the bathroom and get my water from there. It may sound gross, but it's the same water from the kitchen sink. Plus I've been drinking a massive amount of water to build a clean diet. It's working and my skin looks nice.

Aveeno Dry Shampoo: I've mention this in my blog a while ago and it's still my favorite. I have, yet, to finish the bottle but it's getting there. My hair is getting longer because I want to donate it in the future. So, keeping my hair as healthy as possible is my mission. In the past, I used to wash my hair every other day. Over the years, I've noticed my hair gets dried up easily. I deduced my hair wash to 2 times a week. Though my forehead area will get oily by day 3, Aveeno Dry Shampoo helps me oily hair problem go away for a day.

Lacome Sunscreen: My favorite Sunscreen which I've been using for years! The smell and the protection makes me want to use it all the time. My boyfriend loves the smell on my face because it has a slight flowery smell, which isn't strong at all. It's SPF 50 PA+++. I believe the PA +++ is a protection against pollution. Through I do not live in a polluted area, I think the extra protection does not hurt. In my understanding, this product is not available in the US. My parents always buy it for me on the airplane (Air Mall) in the categories magazines. It may be an Asian product. However, it does have a sticky finish but I've gotten use to it.

Julie G's nail polish: For over 5 years, I've been a supporter for Julie G Beauty Channel on YouTube. Just last week, I went to RiteAid and I wanted to treat myself something small. I bought two of Julie G's nail polishes. One is a lilac pastel polish and a top coat. There were $3.99 each. It's not expensive at all. I'm in LOVE! There are so opaque and they dry fast. When it comes to painting my nails, I am a victim of inpatient manicures. These polishes save my problems again.

SALES!!!
This week at RITEAID (3/1-3/7) : Julie G's nail polishes will be on sale. If you spend $12 on any Julie G's or Jessie's Girl polishes, you will receive $6 back on up rewards.

I hope you enjoy this week's blog.

Dramatic Valentines' Look

It's getting closer and closer to Valentines' Day. For those who are single, own this day. Dress up nice for yourself. I remember when I was single on Valentines'. Honestly, I didn't care. I only thought, "whatever, I don't need no man to make me happy. I got myself and all my singles friends." Plus, I was more stressed about my internship interview then worrying about being single.

However, that view changed when I met my boyfriend. He, honestly, makes me feel like a Queen. Everyday I wake up, I feel like I'm the happiest girl on earth.

I created a dramatic valentines' look and uploaded onto YouTube. Whether you're single or taken, give this look a try.
I used the Wet-n-Wild Petal Pusher Palette. It is such a good palette for it's price. Sometimes, I wonder how companies are able to sell their products at a low price and still make over a million dollars. I hope you enjoy. Make sure to subscribe to my channel if you haven't.

I love you all for stopping by.

December 2014 Favorites

Hi Loves,

This is my first post of 2015. I know it's been a while ever since I have posted something. It's because I've been a little occupied, just kidding, maybe I was being lazy. Hehehe. I hope everyone's holiday and new years went well. Hopefully your New Year resolution are in progress (it's been a week). But always remember to set goals for yourself every day, instead of waiting for a whole year to set some goals.

I filmed a video on my YouTube channel for my December 2014 Favorites.

Products mentioned:
Shea Butter : I've been using this product for quite some time now. I purchased this in February 2014 and I am still not done with the product. There is a dramatic difference in my skin when I use it. Definitely my skin feels so much softer and smoother. My white ashy completely goes away. When I purchased this, it was less expensive. With the high volume of demands, I think that is why the price went up. And the packaging is different now. It's now in a contained, which I think is more convenient but you do lose 6 oz.
Besides the packaging and price, I still think it is a good idea to try out this product if you have dry skin in the winter. It's cold here in California, so I need it. The smell is a bit "natural' but I grew to "like" it. In mind that this product is raw, so it comes from the karite nut.

Fresh Sugar Advance Lip Therapy: Who doesn't like Fresh? I don't think I ever tried a disappointing product from them. They also seem to impress me. This Sugar Advance Lip Therapy prevents me from biting my lips in public (watch my video on biting my lips). It is a bit of an embarrassing thing that I do. Every time when I have crappy lips, this is the remedy to my dried-up lips.

Cover FX foundation : This is my favorite liquid foundation at the moment. I must say, it is quite expensive, but if you are looking for a FREAKING GOOD foundation, this is the one to invest in. I love how there are no parabens and sulfate ingredients. There is no funky scent, whatsoever. I would say this foundation is medium to full coverage. A trick that I use is that I double it up to act like a concealer. It's amazing with flawless coverage.

Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder: I've heard many GREAT things about this powder for a long time now. But I didn't get the chance to use it until Rite Aid had a 40% off sale for Maybelline pruoducts. This act wonderfully when you use it to set your liquid foundation. I have a instant matte face. Good product and good price range (only when it's on sale plus coupons) .

Covergirl Exact Eye Lights: This mascara is literally BOMB.COM. Why? Because I don't get smudges and straight-long lashes by the end of the night. Makes life easier for me. And yes, this is waterproof. I can only use waterproof. However, I don't get volume when I use this, but as long as it doesn't smudges on me, I feel like I found a staple and love in my life. Give it a try.

That's all for now. I hope you guys enjoyed my post. Continue to visit my blog often.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
